Here's a great chance for an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join a successful Weston-super-Mare team and make a real impact. If you've got at least a year's estate agency experience, proven sales skills, and a drive to win new business, this could be your next big step.
You'll be out in the field meeting clients, showing properties, negotiating offers, and bringing new instructions to market. With the support of a dedicated Sales Progressor keeping transactions on track, you can focus on what you do best — generating deals, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the office's continued growth.
We're looking for someone who's confident, proactive, and commercially aware, with the ability to manage a varied workload and still keep standards high. You'll be a natural communicator who knows how to build rapport quickly, spot opportunities, and close the deal.
In return, you'll receive a basic salary of £27,000 with realistic uncapped OTE of £30,000+, a pooled commission structure that rewards both individual and team success, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, mileage paid at 45p per mile, and regular paid-for social events. You'll also benefit from excellent training, clear career progression, and the chance to work with a skilled, ambitious team in a supportive environment.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 6pm, plus every other Saturday 9am to 4pm with a day off in lieu. The role is available now, but the right person is worth the wait.
