About the Role:
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you'll be responsible for managing and developing a strong pipeline of instructions, conducting high-quality viewings, and negotiating successful deals. You'll have autonomy, trust, and the full support of a highly respected local agency behind you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register and qualify applicants
- Arrange and conduct viewings across Streatham & Tooting
- Win new instructions through prospecting and relationship-building
- Manage negotiations and progress sales to completion
- Deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong vendor and buyer relationships
- Contribute to the growth and success of the office through proactive sales work
- At least 2 years' experience in residential sales, ideally at Senior Negotiator level
- Deep understanding of the South West London market (Streatham/Tooting preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Basic salary of £25,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience)
- On-target earnings of £75,000 - £85,000
- Uncapped commission structure with huge individual earning potential
