Location: West Drayton
Basic Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 + Car Allowance
On-Target Earnings: Up to £45,000

We’re working with a highly respected, independently owned estate agency based in West Drayton, and they’re looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful, high-energy team. This is a rare opportunity to fast-track into a leadership position, with structured career progression and strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting valuations and winning new instructions
• Carrying out viewings and negotiating sales
• Generating and converting leads from multiple sources
• Managing your own sales pipeline through to completion
• Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted advisor
• Supporting junior staff and contributing to a high-performance team culture

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in residential sales at a corporate or leading independent agency
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

What’s On Offer:

• £25,000 – £27,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
• Car allowance and uncapped commission structure
• Realistic OTE of up to £45,000
• Fast-track progression to Assistant Manager or Sales Manager
