Basic £29,000  Car Allowance up to £4,000. (OTE £40K to £50K)

The Job:

• Successfully list a targeted number of properties, assisting vendors in selling their homes at the best price with top-notch service and support

The Ideal Candidate:

• You excel at building relationships where customers connect with you personally, and you have a fantastic track record of turning valuations into listings and sales
• You genuinely care about people, helping them on their journey to finding their perfect home, and delighting in their joy when they secure it
• Your work ethic matches the company's values of courtesy, honesty, trust, and respect
• You hold a full driving license
• You must have at least 1 year's experience as a Lettings Manager or Assistant Manager/Senior. 

The Package:

• Basic Salary: £29,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months)
• On Target Earnings: £35,000 - £50,000)
• Car Allowance: £4,000 OR Company Car
• Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
• Additional Benefits: Holiday Commission, 33 days paid Holiday (with an extra day off for your birthday!), Pension, Life Insurance, Private Medical Scheme,
