£30k–£60k + uncapped commission
Company car/fuel allowance (subject to performance)

What you’ll do:

• Win instructions, drive sales, and see deals through to completion
• Carry out valuations and deliver standout client service
• Manage sales progression with buyers, sellers & solicitors

What we’re after:

• 4+ years’ experience in residential sales (Senior Neg level ideal)
• Proven success in valuations & pipeline management
• A results-driven, confident communicator
