My client, a fantastic market leading agent, are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their team in their Saffron Walden office. You will be joining a fun and energetic team, with scope to make the role your own and be encouraged and supported to progress your career within this well-established and regarded agency.

Responsibilities for this Senior Property Manager role will include: 

• Managing a portfolio of properties
• Chasing rent arrears
• Dealing with rental clients and landlords
• Liaising with the Directors to help manage the lettings business 
• Ensuring timing and legislation on all lettings stock 

  Skills & Experience for this Senior Property Manager role:

• Property Management experience
• Strong organisational skills
• Local area knowledge 
• Lettings experience preferred 
• Ability to work in fast paced lettings environment
