Job description
Here's one for the experienced estate agent who knows their worth and wants to earn it. We're looking for a confident and capable Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to step into a thriving market and take the reins.
This is a key role within a high-performing team — perfect for someone who's already smashing deals but is now ready to take on more responsibility, conduct valuations, and be a bigger part of the branch's growth story. You'll be trusted to manage your own diary, build your pipeline, and represent the business with professionalism and personality.
You'll be:
Carrying out accurate valuations and winning new instructions
Driving property sales from listing through to completion
Building strong, lasting relationships with vendors and buyers alike
Offering market advice with confidence, backed by local knowledge
Working alongside a motivated team who want to win together
The opportunity?
Up to £30,000 basic, plus car allowance
Lucrative commission structure - OTE £70k+
Progression into leadership routes
A supportive environment that rewards results and initiative
