Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements
• Maximise rental income through effective marketing and client management
• Manage and grow a strong portfolio of landlords and tenants
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain long-term relationships
• Achieve and exceed personal and branch lettings targets
• Stay up to date with lettings legislation and compliance

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential lettings
• Proven track record in hitting or exceeding targets
• Highly motivated and ambitious with a proactive approach
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
