We're working with a highly regarded independent agency to recruit a driven Negotiator to join their busy branch, covering both Sales and Lettings.
 
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 basic, with OTE £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 1 year's experience in estate agency who is looking to step into a role with genuine variety, responsibility, and strong earning potential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Matching buyers and tenants with the right properties and arranging standout viewings
• Negotiating offers and pushing deals through to successful completion
• Supporting valuations and helping win fresh instructions for both Sales and Lettings
• Delivering exceptional customer service while spotting new business opportunities 

What You'll Bring

• At least 1 year's estate agency experience (Sales, Lettings, or both)
• Confidence in negotiating, progressing deals, and building strong client relationships
• Excellent communication skills, resilience, and a proactive approach
• Drive to exceed targets and ambition to progress your career further

What's on Offer

• Basic salary: £24,000 - £27,000 (DOE)
• On-target earnings: £35,000 - £45,000 realistic
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
• Saturdays: Alternate weeks, half day (9:00am-1:00pm)
