Job Title: Residential Lettings Property Manager
Location: Weybridge
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
 
Monday to Friday role.

Potential for hybrid working following settling in period.
 
The Role We're looking for a Lettings Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential rentals. You’ll handle everything from move-ins to maintenance, ensuring full legal compliance and top-tier service to both landlords and tenants.

Key Duties

• Manage tenancies: move-ins, renewals, inspections, and checkouts
• Register deposits (TDS/DPS/MyDeposits)
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with approved contractors
• Ensure compliance (Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, HMO, etc.)
• Issue legal notices (Section 21/8)
• Process invoices and manage property costs
• Build strong landlord and tenant relationships

What You’ll Need

• 1+ years in lettings/property management
• Clear communicator, well-organised, and proactive
• CRM/software experience (e.g., Reapit, Fixflo, Jupix)
