Senior Mortgage Advisor - Romford
 
Our client seeks a Senior Mortgage Advisor to join their esteemed team in Romford, dedicated to guiding customers through their homeownership journey.
 
This exciting opportunity offers a basic salary of £31,000 with an additional payment guarantee for a fixed period, uncapped earnings potential up to £60,000, and a supportive work environment focused on professional development and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting client meetings to evaluate specific circumstances and requirements
• Identifying and recommending tailored mortgage solutions
• Offering insurance products from Legal & General
• Collaborating with residential estate agency teams to maximize business opportunities
• Providing guidance to colleagues for maintaining a robust referral rate
• Proactively engaging the existing client base to generate new business
• Liaising with lenders to ensure product suitability for customers
• Ensuring compliance with FCA guidelines in document handling and signings

The Ideal Candidate:
 
The ideal candidate should be highly driven by success and results, possessing a minimum CEMAP 1 qualification or equivalent with at least 2 years of mortgage advisory experience.
They must exhibit a strong work ethic, resilience in facing challenges, and a focus on elevating customer experiences from ordinary to extraordinary.
Excellent presentation, communication skills, and a customer-centric approach are essential.
