Senior Sales Consultant / Valuer - Guildford 
Salary: Basic Circa £25-30K OTE £75K
Role Description:

Our clients are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Property Lettings Valuer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property valuations and inspections for lettings opportunities
  • Generate property listings using CRM and marketing tools
  • Identify and pursue new valuation leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and applicants
  • Explore opportunities with buy-to-let investors and portfolio landlords
  • Generate additional income through upselling services
  • Manage applicant database and lettings progression
  • Ensure legal compliance and manage lettings processes
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues to maximise business opportunities
  • Assist in team development through training and mentoring
  • Support daily office operations, including weekend viewing assistants
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
  • Experience in property valuations and listings
  • Ability to work independently and generate new business
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Mentoring or training experience preferred
  • Highly motivated and proactive
  • Target and deadline-driven
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and legal obligations

Remuneration Package:
  • Competitive basic salary with car allowance

Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:45 am - 6:00 pm
  • Saturdays: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (1 in 3), with time off in lieu
