Location: Ipswich, Suffolk
Salary: £25,000 basic (negotiable) | OTE £35,000 - £45,000+

To help drive this growth, we are looking for a tenacious, high-calibre Lettings Negotiator who is ready to take on a key role in establishing and growing our lettings presence in the area.

The Role

As our Lettings Negotiator, you will play a pivotal part in driving lettings performance at our new Ipswich branch. You'll be responsible for building and nurturing landlord and tenant relationships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring that every client receives the exceptional service we're known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate new lettings business and identify growth opportunities
• Carry out viewings, negotiations, and tenancy agreements with professionalism and efficiency
• Deliver a first-class service to landlords and tenants alike
• Manage and progress applications through to successful tenancy
• Maintain and grow a strong local network within the Ipswich market
• Support the branch in achieving and exceeding lettings targets

About You

We're looking for an ambitious and driven individual with a proven track record in lettings—someone who thrives in a competitive market and genuinely loves what they do.

You will have:

• Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator (minimum 1-2 years ideally)
• Strong knowledge of the Ipswich lettings market (preferred)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to generating business
• A professional, personable, and customer-focused attitude
• A full UK driving licence
