Sales Valuer
£27.5k Basic + Guarantee
£80k OTE
Sloane Square
One of the leading Estate Agencies in London is looking for a motivated Sales Valuer to operate in their Sloane Square office. Joining a highly successful team, you will bring your estate agency experience and passion for property. Responsibilities for this Sales Valuer role will include
- Deliver the highest level of service to all clients & set the standards for the team
- Help in developing, motivating and training members of the team
- Increase market share + continue growth in revenue
- Conduct quality valuations and win instructions for sale
- Working closely with senior management on high profile instructions and clients
- Minimum 2 years experience within estate agency sales
- Preferably have experience valuing and listing properties in Londo
- Have the personality to self-motivate & desire to take on an exciting new challenge
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Be willing
- Basic salary £27.5k (DoE)
- Strong + Uncapped Commission structure
