Job description

A Sales Valuer (or Lister or Instructions Manager) involves generating and winning property listings, supporting a team of negotiators, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and secure property listings for sale.
  • Support and mentor a team of negotiators.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to clients.
  • Drive business growth by maximizing opportunities to increase profitability.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in residential sales or estate agency.
  • Proven experience in valuing and listing properties.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and driven to succeed.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Full UK driving license.
