Job description
We're looking for an experienced Sales Progressor to join a busy, high-performing Downend office. If you're organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, this could be your perfect next move.
You'll be the driving force behind smooth property transactions — managing the sales pipeline from offer acceptance to completion, liaising with all parties, and keeping deals moving with clear, consistent communication. Whether you're chasing up solicitors, ironing out last-minute issues, or giving clients the reassurance they need, you'll be the one making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Ideally, you'll bring experience from estate agency, sales progression, or the legal sector, with the attention to detail and problem-solving skills to keep even the most complex sales on track. You'll work closely with a lively, skilled team but also have the independence to manage your own workload with confidence.
In return, you'll receive a basic salary of £24,000 with realistic OTE of £25,000, a pooled commission structure that rewards team success, and 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays. The role is office-based a minimum of three days per week, 8:45am-5:30pm, but school hours over five days will be considered for the right candidate. You'll also benefit from first-class training, regular paid-for social events, and the chance to develop your career within a well-respected, long-established company.
The role is available immediately, though for the right person, we're happy to wait.
