About the Role
As a Sales Progressor, you'll be the vital link between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and agents—ensuring property transactions move smoothly from offer to completion. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of property sales from offer to completion
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and clients
- Provide regular updates to buyers and seller
- Identify and resolve potential issues to avoid delays
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the process
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in property sales progression or estate agency
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Basic salary of £25,000 increasing to £28,000 after probabtion plus performance-based bonuses
