Property Manager - Canary Wharf
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established property company based in Canary Wharf. You will be responsible for a portfolio of 150 residential units at South Quay Plaza, ensuring a smooth day-to-day service for both landlords and tenants.

This role requires a confident, organised, and service-driven individual. You will be responsible for the effective management of a busy residential portfolio, ensuring compliance, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a high standard of service at all times.

Property Manager - Canary Wharf
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established property company based in Canary Wharf. You will be responsible for a portfolio of 150 residential units at South Quay Plaza, ensuring a smooth day-to-day service for both landlords and tenants.
Key Details:
- Location: South Quay Plaza, Canary Wharf
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm (5:30pm finish on Fridays)
- Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
- Portfolio: 150 residential units
This role requires a confident, organised, and service-driven individual. You will be responsible for the effective management of a busy residential portfolio, ensuring compliance, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a high standard of service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the tenancy cycle, including move-ins, renewals, and check-outs.
- Coordinating maintenance and repair works with contractors.
- Overseeing compliance including gas, electrical safety, and EPC requirements.
- Conducting regular property inspections and reporting on findings.
- Handling rent collection, arrears management, and landlord statements.
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Providing clear communication and maintaining professional relationships.
- Proven experience in residential property management.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Confident decision-making and problem-solving ability.
- Professional, reliable, and proactive.
