An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Progressor to join a high-performing estate agency team in Harpenden. We are looking for a motivated, organised and confident individual with a solid background in residential property sales progression. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving property transactions from offer to completion, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and solicitors.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a personal pipeline of 50–70 sales at various stages of the progression process.
  • Liaise with solicitors, buyers, sellers, mortgage brokers, and surveyors to proactively move transactions forward.
  • Monitor and manage each sale to ensure completion in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on progress, resolving issues as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate case notes and documentation within the CRM system.
  • Build strong working relationships with all parties to encourage clear communication and reduce fall-through rates.
  • Support the wider sales team with insights on progression status and expected completion timelines.
Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of the sales process from offer through to exchange and completion.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and resilient.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
What’s on Offer
  • Competitive base salary of £28,000 – £31,000, dependent on experience.
  • Realistic On-Target Earnings of £36,000.
  • A supportive and professional working environment in a well-regarded Harpenden office.
  • Opportunities for long-term career development within a growing team.
