Key Responsibilities
- Manage a personal pipeline of 50–70 sales at various stages of the progression process.
- Liaise with solicitors, buyers, sellers, mortgage brokers, and surveyors to proactively move transactions forward.
- Monitor and manage each sale to ensure completion in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on progress, resolving issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation within the CRM system.
- Build strong working relationships with all parties to encourage clear communication and reduce fall-through rates.
- Support the wider sales team with insights on progression status and expected completion timelines.
- Previous experience in a sales progressor or post-sales coordination role within residential property.
- Proven ability to handle a large volume of sales cases (50–70) with attention to detail and minimal supervision.
- Strong working knowledge of the sales process from offer through to exchange and completion.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and resilient.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Competitive base salary of £28,000 – £31,000, dependent on experience.
- Realistic On-Target Earnings of £36,000.
