Sales Progressor – Erith, Kent – Basic Salary £25,000 (OTE £30,000 to £35,000) – Independent Agency
An exciting opportunity for a Sales Progressor has arisen, due to relocation, in a highly popular Estate Agency in the Erith area.
In this role, you will be responsible for shepherding property purchases from the point of offer acceptance to completion. You will liaise with all relevant parties, providing outstanding Customer Service at all times to help the vendor complete the sale. You will need to build strong relationships with other Estate Agents, Mortgage advisors, Surveyors, Solicitors and of course the Purchaser and Vendor.
With numerous deals and parties to work with, you will need to be highly organised and able to keep the plates spinning!
You will need to have some Estate Agency experience and a sound knowledge of the Residential Property Market. Negotiation and Objection Handling skills are crucial, and you will need knowledge of both Freehold and Leasehold property transactions.

- Monday to Friday working during the hours of 09.00 to 18.00
