Here's a cracking opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join a buzzing Clifton office and be part of a high-performing sales team. If you've got at least six months' estate agency experience, a hunger to succeed, and the people skills to match, you'll fit right in.
 
Your days will be fast-paced and varied — meeting clients, showing properties, negotiating offers, and keeping sales moving smoothly from start to finish. You'll be launching new instructions, getting homes market-ready, and making sure both buyers and sellers are kept in the loop every step of the way.
 
You'll need to be organised, confident, and ready to take the initiative. A professional telephone manner is essential, as is a full UK driving licence and access to a car — although there's a pool car if needed. In return, you can expect a basic salary from £26,000 depending on experience, with a realistic OTE of £33,500+ thanks to a team-pooled commission and financial services introductions.
 
The package also includes 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, mileage reimbursement, a lively and supportive working culture, paid-for social events, and full funding towards CePAP and/or NAEA qualifications. Hours are 08:45-18:00 Monday to Friday, plus every other Saturday 09:00-16:00 with a day off in lieu. The role is available immediately, but the right person is worth waiting for.
