ESTATE AGENCY EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE...
The Company has won numerous awards for excellent customer service and were ranked in the top 10% of all agents nationally…. The role, principally focussed on the sales side of Estate Agency, will involve growing the property register by driving market appraisals into instructions and generating new sales, assisting the Branch Manager to maximise the profit and help support the Sales team.
The role is for an existing Sales Negotiator wishing to take the next step in their career.
You will have the ability to build excellent rapport with clients and deliver a first-class service experience every time you represent the company. You will be enthusiastic, keen and genuine, and be looking for a career within successful Estate and Lettings Agency.
