We are working with a busy estate agency in North Kensington. They're sitting on a mountain of quality stock, the market's moving, and they need a deal‑maker who can hit the ground running and turn opportunity into income.

�� What you'll be doing

• Turning warm enquiries into viewings, valuations, offers, and completed deals
• Building relationships with buyers and vendors who expect a premium service
• Negotiating like a pro — firm, fair, and always focused on the win‑win
• Managing your pipeline with discipline and pace
• Representing the brand with confidence out in the field and in the office

�� What you'll need

• Experience in estate agency sales  (negotiator level or above)
• A track record of hitting targets in an estate agency environment
• Confidence, resilience, and the ability to think on your feet
• A polished, professional approach with a bit of personality
•   Drivers license is essential for use of pool cars
