What You'll Be Doing

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
• Hosting viewings and providing timely feedback to vendors
• Building strong client relationships and handling enquiries with professionalism
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales to completion

What You'll Bring

• Estate agency experience, ideally in a Sales Negotiator role
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong organisation and IT confidence
• Self-motivation, professionalism, and a team-first approach
• A full UK driving licence and own vehicle (insured for business use)

What's on Offer

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
• Saturdays: Rota basis, 9:00am-4:00pm, with a day off in lieu
