Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Location: Camberley, Surrey
Salary: £25,000–£40,000 OTE (Basic + Uncapped Commission)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (day off in lieu)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register and qualify new applicants
  • Arrange and attend property viewings
  • Maintain strong communication with buyers and vendors
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales
  • Progress sales through to completion
  • Generate market appraisals and support new business
  • Hit and exceed individual and team targets
About You:
  • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or in residential property sales
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
  • Motivated, enthusiastic and target-driven
  • Presentable, confident and professional
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (mileage allowance provided)
