- Qualify and register buyer enquiries
- Organise and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers and assist with progressing sales
- Maintain excellent client communication throughout the process
- Meet and exceed individual and branch sales targets
- At least 12 months’ experience as a Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, results-driven mindset
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
