What’s on offer:
- £20,000 – £22,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
- Competitive commission structure – OTE £35k+

- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Booking and carrying out viewings
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales
- Maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Keeping the CRM system up to date
- Representing the brand with professionalism and energy
- Previous estate agency or sales experience preferred
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Local knowledge of Leyton and East London is an advantage
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
