Basic Salary: £32,000+
On Target Earnings: Up to £50,000
Location: Lyde Green, Bristol
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident, driven, and experienced Sales Manager to launch and lead a new office in Lyde Green, Bristol.
This is a fantastic chance for a motivated property professional to make their mark in a growing area and play a key role in developing a high-performing sales team from the ground up.

As Sales Manager, you'll have both autonomy and support — leading business growth, building strong local relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Value and win new instructions on residential properties
  • Establish and grow the Lyde Green office, building local market share
  • Motivate, mentor, and lead a new and developing team
  • Deliver and maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
  • Monitor office performance and take proactive steps to meet and exceed targets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with wider teams to ensure seamless operations and growth

  • Excellent communicator and negotiator
  • Highly organised with strong time management
  • Professional, polished, and commercially astute
  • Full UK driving licence
