Basic Salary: £20,000 - £25,000
On Target Earnings: £30,000+

What You'll Be Doing:

• Register and qualify new applicants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Support the team with general office and marketing duties
• Proactively generate new business opportunities

About You:

• Experience in estate agency or a customer-facing sales environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, personable, and professional
• Target-driven with a positive, proactive attitude
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Keen interest in property and local market trends
• Full UK driving licence and own car
