Floating Sales Manager, Surrey - Estate Agent
Basic Salary: £28,000 (including car allowance)
Realistic OTE: £55,000

Working Pattern:
5 days a week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

The Role As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in driving property sales, supporting vendors, and helping buyers find their dream homes. You’ll manage valuations, build relationships, and deliver an exceptional service that keeps clients coming back.

  • Guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the process.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with solicitors, lenders, and other professionals.
  • Support the Branch Manager with team motivation and performance.
