Here's a rare chance to launch and lead a brand-new estate agency office in Lyde Green. We're looking for a confident, driven, and experienced Sales Manager who's ready to make their mark in a fast-growing area and build a high-performing sales team from the ground up.
 
You'll be the face of the branch, winning instructions, driving new business, and setting the standard for customer service and professionalism. With a dedicated Sales Progressor to keep transactions moving, you'll have the freedom to focus on generating market share, developing your team, and hitting ambitious targets.
 
We're after someone with a proven track record in residential sales and valuations, strong leadership skills, and the commercial know-how to grow a business. You'll thrive in a hands-on role where you're just as comfortable pitching for instructions as you are coaching your team to success.
 
In return, there's a basic salary from £32,000 with realistic uncapped OTE of £45,000+, a commission structure that rewards both personal results and team success, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, and mileage paid at 45p per mile (or the option of a company car). You'll also benefit from full funding towards CePAP and/or NAEA qualifications, first-class leadership training, and the opportunity to progress your career — including the potential for directorship.
 
Hours are Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 6pm, plus every other Saturday 9am to 4pm with a day off in lieu. The role is available immediately, but the right leader is worth waiting for.
