Join one of the UK's leading estate agency groups as a Sales Manager in a Prime London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven estate agent to step into a senior leadership role, overseeing residential sales operations in a dynamic and competitive marketplace.
The Role
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets
- Driving market share, profitability and customer service excellence
- Conducting valuations and winning new instructions
- Coaching and developing team members through structured training and mentoring
- Ensuring compliance with company standards and legislation
- Supporting business development initiatives and local marketing activity
- Proven experience in residential sales, ideally at Assistant Manager, or Sales Manager level
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing ability
- Results-driven, target-focused, and highly motivated
- Local market knowledge of Slough and surrounding areas is a plus
- Full UK driving licence and must own a suitable car with business insurance
- Competitive basic salary with uncapped OTE (typically £80,000+)
