Experienced residential Sales Manager required - Thanet

The Package
�� Basic Salary: £25,000, with guaranteed earnings during your first 3 months
�� Realistic OTE: £45,000
�� Car Allowance: £3,000 or a company car
�� Working Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (3 on / 1 off)

The Role
�� Manage property sales and provide expert advice to buyers and sellers
�� Carry out valuations and present homes to achieve the best possible price
�� Work closely with your team to match the right buyers to the right properties
�� Build strong relationships with solicitors, lenders, and local professionals
�� Generate new business through proactive lead generation
�� Support the Branch Manager in motivating and developing the team
