Sales Manager
Location: Hybrid (Weekly visit to London office)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000, OTE: £80,000 - £90,000

We’re seeking a Sales Manager with drive, vision, and leadership to take sales performance to the next level. In this role, you’ll inspire and guide a talented team while also managing your own revenue targets. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Set clear expectations, track performance, and hold the team accountable to results.
  • Manage your own sales pipeline and personal revenue targets alongside team responsibilities.
  • Provide regular, insightful performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members through structured training and feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and maximise impact.
  • Design and execute innovative sales strategies to scale revenue and strengthen market presence.

  • Proven track record as a sales leader within tech, SaaS, or property-related sectors.
  • A consistent top performer who exceeds personal sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
  • Data-driven and metrics-focused, with deep knowledge of sales KPIs.
  • Excellent communicator, able to influence both internal teams and external clients.
  • Highly organised, with strong pipeline management and CRM expertise.
