Location: Hybrid (Weekly visit to London office)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000, OTE: £80,000 - £90,000

- Manage your own sales pipeline and personal revenue targets alongside team responsibilities.
- Provide regular, insightful performance reports to senior leadership.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members through structured training and feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and maximise impact.
- Design and execute innovative sales strategies to scale revenue and strengthen market presence.
- Proven track record as a sales leader within tech, SaaS, or property-related sectors.
- A consistent top performer who exceeds personal sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
- Data-driven and metrics-focused, with deep knowledge of sales KPIs.
- Excellent communicator, able to influence both internal teams and external clients.
- Highly organised, with strong pipeline management and CRM expertise.
