Sales Development Representative
Location: Office based in Newcastle upon Tyne
Salary: £28,000 basic + 5,000 OTE Bonus

The role
The team is the engine of B2B growth, generating around 60% of the sales leads for our wider business. As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential partners – sparking conversations, building relationships, and helping agencies discover how our platform can transform the way they work.

- Prospecting & discovery – Identify new partners through calls, emails, referrals, and networking. Qualify prospects by understanding their business challenges.
- Lead generation & pipeline building – Create and manage a healthy pipeline to hit monthly targets. This role is all about energy, persistence, and results.
- Product demonstrations – Deliver tailored online demos that connect our product features with partner pain points and goals.
- Onboarding – Guide new partners through their first 30 days, setting them up for long-term success.
- Market engagement – Stay on top of industry trends and competitors, and represent us at events and exhibitions where needed.
- Driving growth – Your work fuels the success of our entire business.

- Customer-first attitude – Proven experience in telesales, sales, or business development.
- Confidence & communication – Strong phone presence and persuasive written and verbal skills.
- Ambition – You set the bar high and push to exceed it. Resilience is key.
- Organisation & ownership – A self-starter who manages time effectively and takes accountability.
- Product expertise – Quick to learn and confident in demonstrating new systems.
- Industry knowledge (bonus!) – Experience in property or lettings is a plus.
