Salary: Competitive basic + uncapped commission (OTE £70k–£100k+) Target: £20,000+ new business written per month

About the Role We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Remote Mortgage Advisor to join our expanding team. This is a fully home-based position offering flexibility, autonomy, and exceptional earning potential. You’ll be responsible for advising clients across mortgages and protection, consistently achieving a minimum of £20,000 written business each month.
What You’ll Do
- Advise on the full range of mortgage and protection products (residential, BTL, protection).
- Manage the end-to-end client journey from application through to completion.
- Generate and manage your own pipeline while working leads provided (40–50 per month plus additional declined leads).
- Deliver compliant, tailored mortgage solutions that fit each client’s needs.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, introducers, and lenders.
- Work towards and exceed monthly performance targets.
- CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified – essential.
- Proven track record writing £20k+ per month in business.
- Minimum 2 years’ mortgage advising experience, ideally in a remote or self-employed capacity.
- Strong product knowledge across mortgages and protection.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined working remotely.
- Professional home office setup with reliable IT.
- OTE £70k–£100k+ with uncapped commission.
- Commission splits:
- 45% for booked appointments.
- 60% for self-booked or self-generated leads.
- 40–50 quality leads per month plus additional non-booked/declined leads.
- Fully remote role with flexible working hours (40 hours per week, including 2 evenings).

- No admin responsibilities – focus purely on advising and closing business.
