Location: Home-based (UK)
Salary: Competitive basic + commission (OTE £70k-£100k+)
Target: Must consistently write a minimum of £20,000 in new business per month
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Remote Mortgage Advisor to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility and autonomy for a driven professional who can consistently deliver results. The successful candidate will be expected to achieve a minimum of £20,000 written business per month, while providing exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a full range of mortgage and protection products, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
• Proactively generate and manage your own pipeline of leads to achieve monthly targets.
• Deliver tailored mortgage solutions that meet the client's financial needs and circumstances.
• Manage the end-to-end mortgage process, from application through to completion.
• Maintain detailed and compliant records of client interactions.
• Build strong relationships with clients, lenders, and introducers.

Requirements

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified - essential.
• Proven track record of writing £20,000+ per month in business.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in mortgage advising, ideally in a remote or self-employed capacity.
• Excellent knowledge of residential, BTL, and protection products.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Access to reliable IT equipment and a professional home office setup.
