Responsibilities for this Protection Specialist role will include:
- Be proactive to follow up ALL leads and work through them to gain business
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their priorities
- Stay up to date with protection products, to ensure best advice
- Be able to spot opportunities to review existing cover
- Provide exceptional client care, always delivering an award winning performance
- Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards
- 2 years experience selling protection products
- Evidence of consistently exceeding sales targets
- You will need to demonstrate you are an effective communicator, face to face and over the phone
- Hard working, flexible to work around clients to ensure a 5 start service
- Adaptable to the ever evolving protection market
- Generous employed package - negotiable
- Uncapped commission structure with an OTE of £60,000+

- Admin support to progress your clients cases through to completion
