Property Manager
£33,000 - £37,000 Basic Salary

We are on the lookout for an experienced Property Manager to join a thriving market leading independent agent in the city of Cambridge.

My client is hugely successful in the city and is looking for another experienced member of staff to help assist them with their continued success. We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 1 to 2 years experience within property management, who is capable and able to deliver a first class customer experience. Ideally you will be ARLA Level 3 qualified, however not essential as the client will pay to put you through these qualifications.

Duties Include:

• Keeping tenants and landlords updated on all activity
• Liaising with contractors to arrange for works to be carried out
• Dealing with any issues that arise on properties 
• Undertake property inspections and inventories

Experience Needed:

• Minimum 2 years working within property management
• Must have a full UK driving licence, please don't apply if you don't
• Thorough in your work and an eye for detail
• Great at communicating 
• The ability to deliver first class customer service at all times
