Property Manager - Newton Abbot, Devon - Basic Salary £25,000 (DOE) 
  
An excellent opportunity for an existing Property Manager or Lettings professional to join this vibrant and well established independent Devon estate agency. As Property Manager you will be responsible for a large residential portfolio; strong organisational and communication skills are essential. The role provides a good life/work balance with no weekend working required. As the Property Manager you will bring your dedication and hard-working approach to ensure the department operates effectively. As Property manager you will be comfortable working in all scenarios with a positive attitude and thrive in a busy environment; you enjoy working with autonomy as being part of a dedicated team. Previous experience of property management or similar is required however training will be provided to the right individual.
  
Responsibilities as a Property Manager include:

• Managing the day-to-day property portfolio including maintenance, repairs, and tenant communication

• Conducting property inspections and ensuring properties meet compliance and regulations requirements 

• Responding to tenant inquiries and resolving any issues that arise in a timely and professional manner

• Negotiating lease agreements and renewals with tenants

• Ensuring that all leases are up-to-date and in compliance with company policies

• Maintaining accurate records of all property-related transactions and activities

Skills & Experience required for this Property Manager role:

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities

• Knowledge of local property laws and regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software

• Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
