Our client, a high performing estate agency in based in North West London are seeking a Property Manager  £35k-£45k DOE. 

Responsibilities for this Property Manager role will include:
  • Ensure the day to day running of your allocated portfolio
  • Ensure compliance is up to date
  • Ensure maintenance issues are qualified, and handled accordingly up to the agreed owner limit
  • Liaise with the owner with at least two quotes, with our advice on anything over the agreed owner limit
  • Periodically check in with the residents to ensure no issues
  • Be able to complete and follow up on a property review on an annual basis
Skills and Experience Required for this Property Manager role:
  • Experience of Property Management in a Residential Lettings position is required
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to manage workload
  • IT proficient
  • Proactive attitude and positive work ethic
