PROPERTY MANAGER IN WATFORD URGENTLY REQUIRED!
My client is looking for an experienced PROPERTY MANAGER to join their team of 4 to support the brilliant Lettings and Property Management team.
This is an office based role in their Watford office but covering all 3 branches. The ideal candidate will already be a PROPERTY MANAGER with experience. This is a varied position which encompasses all things pre and post move in including general tenancy management, renewals and compliance.
You will need to be highly organised and IT proficient, hold a UK driving licence and own a reliable well-maintained car as the role will involve some business mileage.

- Conducting Property inspections & Preparing Inspection reports
- Coordinating with contractors to undertake repairs
- Preparing properties for rental
- Dealing with the End-of-Tenancy process
- Preparation of Renewal Tenancy Agreements
- Office based
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Personable, proactive, helpful and a problem solver.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi task
- Excellent telephone manner and negotiating skills.
- Full driving licence and own car.
- £30,000 - £33,000 (DOE)
- 8.45am-6pm Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-5pm for which the successful candidate will receive a day off in lieu.
