Property Lister / Valuer

We are looking for a Property Lister/ Valuer to join their fantastic team and to grow with the company.

Responsibilities will include the following;

• Providing first class customer service to ensure customers receive the best price for their properties
• Successfully list a targeted number of properties, giving excellent advice to the vendors
• Keeping up to date with the market conditions and developments
• Identifying new leads and generating increased business
• Working closely with your team to ensure the listing is effective and the marketing strategy suits the property
• Assisting the General Manager in the day to day running of the office
• Helping to motivate and inspire the team, especially in the absence of the General Manager

The right person for this role needs to have the following skills and experience;

• Must be able to demonstrate some listings experience
• Exceptional relationship building skills
• Drive and determination in abundance!
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Full driving licence
