Mortgage and Protection Advisor
Location (Hybrid): Roaming - To cover Colchester, Chelmsford, Witham & Manningtree
On Target Earnings: £70,000 - £90,000

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mortgage and Protection Adviser individual to join their Award Winning Business. What’s on offer:
- Competitive salary with up to £35,000 basic DOE, OTE £70k - £90k

Key responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with estate agency colleagues to support and drive mortgage business
- Attract and convert new business while working to professional and performance targets
- Provide clear, tailored mortgage and protection advice that supports the full customer journey
- Attend regular branch meetings and contribute to a collaborative environment
What you’ll need:
- Full CeMAP or industry-recognised equivalent
- A minimum of 12 months+ experience or more in mortgage broking (within the Estate Agency sector is preferable)
- Proven ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
- Outstanding customer care and communication skills
- Resilient, organised, and detail-oriented
- IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems)
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
