Location: Remote
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
OTE: £5,000 – £10,000 (Uncapped)

You’ll be:
- The first impression partners have of the product
- A trusted advisor guiding them to success
- A key driver of adoption, engagement, and performance
What You’ll Be Doing:
Onboarding & Training
- Deliver engaging 1:1 onboarding sessions
- Guide partners through best practices and product usage
- Set partners up for success from day one
- Monitor partner performance and engagement
- Identify opportunities to improve adoption and outcomes
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and insights
- Act as the main point of contact during onboarding
- Handle objections and educate partners on product value
- Build strong, lasting relationships
- Own the onboarding journey end-to-end
- Ensure smooth handovers from sales
- Continuously improve onboarding processes
- Work closely with Sales and Partnerships teams
- Deliver a seamless, consistent partner experience
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of sales/ objection handling experience with a track record of success
- Experience in lettings is essential
- Confident communicator with strong objection-handling skills
- Highly organised with strong CRM management
- Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
- A customer-first mindset with high emotional intelligence
