Senior Negotiator - Andover

Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

OTE: £45,000

Location: Andover

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Negotiator to join a market-leading multi-branch independent in Andover.
This is an excellent role for a motivated and ambitious property professional looking to join a well-established and highly regarded business with a strong local presence. The successful candidate will be confident in building relationships, generating business, and delivering a high standard of service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Register applicants and match buyers to suitable properties
  • Carry out viewings and provide feedback
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, landlords, and applicants
  • Support the branch in achieving targets and maintaining high service standards
  • Progress sales and assist in ensuring transactions move smoothly through to completion
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Negotiator or Senior Negotiator within estate agency
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and commercially aware
  • Well-presented, professional, and personable
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and applicants
  • Local knowledge of the Andover area would be an advantage
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
Package
  • Basic salary: £25,000 - £30,000
  • OTE: £45,000
