Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of a busy real estate office
- Provide high-level administrative support to the directors and team
- Manage office systems, processes, and procedures to maximise efficiency
- Supervise and support staff, ensuring excellent standards of service
- Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and clients in a professional manner
- Support HR functions including onboarding, training, and compliance
- Assist with financial administration such as invoices and budget monitoring
- Minimum three years' experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role (property/real estate background desirable but not essential)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A proactive problem solver with a "can-do" attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
