Bristol - New Business Partner (Lettings) - 25k-30k Basic (DOE) - 4k (Max) Car Allowance - 50k OTE - Monday to Friday 

Strong branded, multi office, large Independent estate agency requires a New Business Partner (Lettings) to operate in Bristol supporting the market share growth for this strong brand. With your previous experience, which includes lettings valuations, you will relish the the opportunity to operate with autonomy across the city to enable you to spend as much time with your clients as possible. As the New Business Partner (Lettings) you will already possess strong lettings knowledge and be comfortable in all scenarios, combined with your ability to build rapport quickly with clients and to present to very high standards, will ensure you bring further success and added value to our client's lettings portfolio. 
  
Responsibilities for this New Business Partner (Lettings) will include:
  • Conducting residential lettings valuations to high standards
  • Deliver high levels of customer service
  • List new property at volume to drive market share growth 
  • Stay aware of the market conditions to remain effective in the local market 
  • Ensuring close client contact and offering professional advice at all times
