£31,200 Basic | £1,500 Car Allowance | OTE £50,000+

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high-performing Estate Agency Negotiator to join a successful and growing agency in Hertfordshire.
This role is ideal for a driven, target-focused professional looking to maximise earnings and progress within a supportive, results-driven environment.

Salary & Commission Package
  • £31,200 basic salary
  • £1,500 car allowance
  • Realistic On-Target Earnings of £50,000+ per annum
Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiating property sales and progressing deals to completion
  • Registering buyers and conducting viewings
  • Delivering excellent customer service to vendors and purchasers
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly and annual targets
  • Building long-term client relationships and promoting the company brand
About You
  • Previous experience as an Estate Agency Negotiator is essential
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated, organised, and professional
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
