My clients is a very well established New Homes Mortgage provider, that is looking to grow their headcount.

What you will need
- Ce Map or industry equivalent
- Ideally, you possess prior experience as a Mortgage & Protection adviser within the New Homes Sector.
- This position offers a robust infrastructure to deliver exceptional service to both developers and clients. This includes comprehensive administration and back-office support.
- Your ability to effectively manage relationships with developer accounts is crucial, involving attendance at regular sales meetings and monthly site visits.
- Demonstrating a proven track record of surpassing targets by offering professional, comprehensive advice sourced from the entire market is essential.
- You must have the agility to convert leads swiftly, leaving no opportunity unexplored, all while adhering to our company's policy of treating customers fairly.
